Task Forces

NTIMC accomplishes its work primarily through ad-hoc Task Forces. The Task Forces are formed for specific purposes, as needed, by the Chairperson. Each Task Force has a Task Force Lead, who is responsible for coordinating Task Force activities with the Coalition staff support, and for reporting back to the full Coalition. Task Forces conduct their activities between full Coalition meetings, and report on their activities at the full Coalition meetings that take place three times a year. Task Forces are disbanded by the Chairperson when their purpose has been fulfilled. Task Force membership is determined by NTIMC leadership. NTIMC strives for balanced representation of stakeholder interests when selecting task force members.
